Adjusting to a new pastor

Has anyone had any experience as an Associate Pastor adjusting to a new Senior Pastor coming to the church?

apparently i have not understood the concept of a blog

well here we go

what do you do when there is not a full time senior pastor but there is an interim and you want the church to go forward, but what do you do because you are not the senior pastor, etc etc.
